There will be no disruptions nor changes to your Google Workspace services during the transfer process. It is administrative in nature and the only change is that TechEnabler will be billing you in future. You will continue to have direct access to Google Support on top of having us as your support. We accept a variety of payment modes such as PayNow, interbank GIRO transfer, cheque and credit/debit card.
On top of this, you will have access to our professional Google Workspace services such as administration, migration from Office365, training and consultancy, etc.
Simply subscribe to one of the Google Workspace plans above and choose a new domain to register in the subscription process. We will guide you on how to create the Google Workspace accounts and emails once we have completed setting up your services.
Note: There is no web hosting service with a Google Workspace subscription. As such, visitors to yourcompany.com will be redirected to a default non-customizable ‘Coming Soon’ page if you only subscribe to a Google Workspace plan. Yes, you can subscribe to Google Workspace with TechEnabler while having your domain registered & managed, and/or your website designed and hosted by other providers.
Upon subscription, we will guide you on the steps to set up the service. You will need to liaise with your provider(s) to make the necessary changes to the domain (DNS) configuration.

For subscriptions with new domain registrations, basic setup including receiving and sending emails @yourcompany.com, and accessing Google Apps will be completed in 1 business day.
If you are using an existing domain name, it will be completed in 1 business day after updates have been made to your domain’s DNS record by your existing provider or yourself.
Yes. You can have some @yourcompany.com accounts with Gmail and some with another email service provider.
