5. We will use generative AI technology GPT-4 to elaborate on the company description that you have provided and apply the content to the template you have selected. 
6. The website will be completed within 2 business days for you to review.
7. If you do not require any changes in content, such as wordings or descriptions, your website is all done! 
8. If you require any changes in content, such as wordings or descriptions, you can get back to us with the changes and we will make the updates within 2 business days. Please note that we only accommodate up to 2 iterations of content changes. 

It takes up to 2 business days after you have finalised your requirements and made the payment.

You will need to provide the following:

• Company logo
• Detailed company description, from your services, features, benefits to contact details.
  • While we will use AI technology to further elaborate your content, AI will not know your company as good as you, therefore we recommend that you provide as much information as possible. 
• Photos or images of you company, people or products.
  • If you do not have any, we will use free stock images available. 

The web hosting includes one-year hosting of your website at Amazon Web Services. 

As this is a fully managed package, we do not provide access to cPanel or the server.

The web maintenance includes

• One-year regular updates of CMS and plugins of your website
• Up to 5 times content updates per year. The content updates are limited to updates in texts, wordings or images. No changes in design and templates is allowed.   

The domain subscription includes one-year subscription of one of the following domain extensions: .com / .net / .org / .sg

The DNS hosting includes one-year of DNS hosting at Cloudflare.

As this is a fully managed package, we do not provide access to cPanel. If you would like to update your DNS records such as MX, TXT, SPF, etc., you may email us.

The DNS hosting includes one-year SSL Certificate provided by Cloudflare.

We will setup Google Analytics 4 on your website with your account’s Tracking ID. If you do not have a Tracking ID, we will setup Google Analytics 4 for you and invite you to access.

Yes. We provide 2 alternative email solutions:

• Cloudflare email routing
  • Free of charge
  • We will create a business email address ending with your domain name ([email protected]) for you.
  • Any emails sent to this email address will be forwarded to your personal email and you can reply via your personal email.
• Google Workspace
  • We are a Google Cloud Partner and we offer all Google Workspace subscription plans.  
  • The Google Workspace subscription plan includes Gmail, Drive, Meet and all other Google’s productivity tools such as Docs, Sheets, Slides, Sites, Chat, Forms, etc. 

The annual renewal includes the following and it costs S$400 (inclusive of GST):

• One-year web hosting
• One-year web maintenance
• One-year domain subscription
• One-year DNS hosting
• One-year SSL Certificate

If you would like to revamp your website design with another template, you can subscribe to another One-Page Website Package @ S$700 (inclusive of GST).

As this is a fully managed package, you will not be able to update the website on your own.

No worries. The package includes up to 5 times content updates per year under the web maintenance. The content updates are limited to updates in texts, wordings or images. No changes in design and templates is allowed.  

No. As the package includes web maintenance service as well, hosting at our own server will make it easier for us to manage your website.

Yes. However, the price for the one-page website package or annual renewal will remain the same. No deductions will be made.

Any projects, including the One-Page Website Package and annual renewal are noncancellable and nonrefundable once the payment has been made.
